Paul was fantastic to deal with from the start all the way through to collecting the ring. We sat down and he explained everything simply, clearly and with the pros and cons of each option. The turnaround time was faster than he said it would be. Within 24 hours I had a CAD drawing of the proposed ring, with options to change anything that I wanted. Then 10 days later the ring was ready. It was presented in a well constructed box with a light that shines directly on the ring and then a smaller travel box to make the proposal easier. I was referred to Paul by a friend and have/would recommend him to any of my friends and family. He was very fair on price, quick to deliver and the quality was very high. 10/10

We had such a great experience at Diamond Story with Paul. He provided honest advice without pushing the more expensive options and genuinely focused on what would be best for us. He showed us a range of suitable options and was extremely accommodating and patient throughout the whole process. He provided CAD designs and the opportunity to view the loose diamond, showing great patience to ensure every detail was perfect - all at a highly competitive price. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable, transparent about pricing, and clear in explaining the process. My partner was absolutely thrilled with the quality and design of the engagement ring, which matched her inspiration photos perfectly. As an added bonus, Diamond Story also offers free ring resizing once per year. When it came time for our wedding rings, we explored other options but ultimately returned to Paul. Once again, his pricing was highly competitive, and his service was outstanding, right through to recommending a company for laser engraving. I came to Paul with a design I saw online for an engagement ring a few weeks ago. The process from discussing ideas, to producing a CAD drawing to the final finished product was very efficient and professional. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. We made the right choice using Paul for the resizing of an heirloom engagement ring and the creation of a matching wedding band. Paul is highly responsive by email (within 10 minutes, every time, to his credit), and is friendly, honest, professional and polite. I used another ring to size both the engagement ring and the new band. The engagement ring needed to come down by something like 6 sizes and Paul explained the process and made excellent suggestions for the new band, while I tried on options. The price was good, as we had done some research prior. Then, as promised, exactly 2 weeks later we picked up the two rings and they fit perfectly exactly as my other ring had done. They are extremely comfortable to wear and the heirloom ring was cleaned and now looks brand new. The jeweller even returned the part of the band that had been cut from the engagement ring and the new ring came with a nice ring box and warranty including future resizing. All in all, it was a great choice, we are so glad we went with Paul's services and would absolutely recommend him and use him again. Thank you Paul! The end result is exactly what we wanted and has made us both very happy.
